Why Kissimmee? Close to Disney, Lots of Affordable Lodging, Restaurants and Shops.

Kissimmee has benefitted by being close neighbor to Walt Disney World. You'll find that many accommodations are generally less expensive and the drive isn't that long. A number of B-list attractions and entertainment venues have made their mark in Kissimmee and offer an interesting side-show and break from Disney.

There was life in Kissimmee prior to the arrival of Disney, and you'll find that the downtown area is still populated by a number of 19th Century structures.

US 192 (Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway) forms the major backbone and runs from downtown Kissimmee to Disney. Packed with wall to wall restaurants, dinner theaters, hotels, motels, attractions and souvenir shops.
